How we get justice in this country when nearly 30 million cases pending in courts?

How the people of this country will trust on its judiciary system when 30 million cases are pending in the courts..

and in this over three million cases are pending in India's 21 high courts, and an astounding 26.3 million cases are pending in subordinate courts across the country.

At the same time, there are almost a quarter million under-trials languishing in jails across the country. Of these, some 2,069 have been in jail for more than five years, even as their guilt or innocence is yet to be ascertained.

This has been revealed by official figures emerging from the home ministry's department of justice, under a Right to Information Act application placed by a citizen.

So my questions are.

1- In this situation how we can remain our faith in this system?
2- When we are not getting justice in this country what is the option left with the people of this country?

3- How we can feel that in future we will get justice by this system.
4-And why we not raise question in this system.

I Love this country.

wah re India||

1500 illegle towers wiil be sealed in few days.... this was the news ...

My point is when these tower were instslled snd operated in this city where was the regulatory body and tri ? were they in active on that time when these towers were installed. And now they are wake up...
This is the situation of this country. And our government is saying that we have very strong security and inteligence? I doubt where these agencies were not able to prevent instalation of illegle mobile tower how they will prevent instaletions of BOMBs because bombs are smaller than mobile towers as everybody knows...thats all ...

I love this country and love people of this country....

How we can improve judiciary system in this country....

As we all know that food shelter and security is the basic need of any human being and it is duty of the state to provide all basic amenities required to the people of the state.
But in this country major problem is inequality and people of this country have strong feeling of inequality.
And all the problem starts with injustice because in real democracy all the people will get justice.
Let's not be very ideological and come to the point here in India what we have feeling that if we will file a case against a strong person who have strong connection in political and corporates and he has lots of mony with him he will be out in a short while and this is not a perception but it's a reality in this country. If we left some acceptions then in most of the cases in this country criminals are roaming around and no body can touch them because their strong approaches and backgrounds this is because of our very poor judiciary system. If judiciary will be strong then the people of this state will be fear less and will feel that they are not insecure.Feeling of security will improve moral of the citizen and will create faith in the governance.

In short we need more answerable and reliable Judiciary system in this republic.
Justice should come in a time limit not very expensive and time taking and should be reliable.....
