SC Verdict over red light on VIP vehicle..

Some year back I had pointed out the same now its on public domain, the concept of VIP is very inequality as if some people are VIP then rest are LIP(Less Important Person). & look on the politicians who wants the red lights blinking on their Vehicles so that rest people should fear of them and feel that they are better that the rest of the population, an hope is coming in the form of AAP, which is this time unbelievable at this point of time  but a tiny hope is seen ,lets hope for the best.

Supreme courts verdict is a welcome decision so that "aam"& "Khas" discrimination should come down and real democracy will come some day .... 

Politics Over Blast in Modi's Rally in patna....

As I was watching several TV news debates on news channels every one was discussing on terrorism communilism etc. etc.
   But no one discussing the real issue. I was amazed what congress person was saying on a news channel when we have lost 3 prime ministers from same party due to this terror attacks. and on the contrary they were accusing BJP not ruling government  of Bihar.
So its quite clear that there were conspiracy for all this because same day there was a rally in Delhi which was addressed by Mr.Rahul Ghandhi and crowd were very less as compared to Modi's one.
   So they want to create the fear who are attending the rallies of Mr. Modi.
I wish I would be wrong but this is also an aspect which should monitored by the agencies.

Communal riots in Mujaffar nagar...

As I was following the incidents in the several news channels and watched several debates but I found very amazed that prior to the communal riots intelligence reports were given by the central government to the several state governments  about the riots.

Then the question in my mind is......
why central government is not reveling the fact that what were the information's by the intelligence agencies.
And if there were intelligence reports then why central government did nothing on the same?
Is it not the duty of central government to protect the people of this nation when they were aware of the same ?

So my opinion is very clear that these riots were planned by the central government of this nation to do the vote politics and it has been proved in the past also by 1984, riots.

Why trust on Indian democracy and judiciary when no one is answerable and accountable to the people of the country? Several people may not be agreeing with me but the point today is not the issue of agreeing or disagreeing. The issue is Justice. We as the people of India believe that we are living in the democracy and we have right to know where we stand in this democratic country. I had strong faith in the judiciary system of the nation but now I feel that it is a myth. The fact remains something else.

What can be worst than this ?

"As the blame game over Bhopal verdict intensifies, Union Law Minister Veerappa Moily has pointed a finger at the judiciary for delaying the Bhopal case and letting the then Union Carbide chief Warren Anderson get away."

This is the news now as a sitizen of India I have some questions.

1- Who is responsible to provide the justice to the people of the state?
2- Is judeciary is not the part of Indian Government?
3-And if judeciary is not the part of indian government then how they are saying that they will provide justice to the people of this country?

What I am feeling that here in India,
1 - There is no judiceary for common people.
2 - Judiciery is a tool to make fool to the people of this country.
3 - And we are non other than slaves of these currupt corporates(government is run by corporates) because here in india we can not get justice.
and also there are no hope for getting justice in future also...

But Still I love India and love people of india...Jai Hind...

How we get justice in this country when nearly 30 million cases pending in courts?

How the people of this country will trust on its judiciary system when 30 million cases are pending in the courts..

and in this over three million cases are pending in India's 21 high courts, and an astounding 26.3 million cases are pending in subordinate courts across the country.

At the same time, there are almost a quarter million under-trials languishing in jails across the country. Of these, some 2,069 have been in jail for more than five years, even as their guilt or innocence is yet to be ascertained.

This has been revealed by official figures emerging from the home ministry's department of justice, under a Right to Information Act application placed by a citizen.

So my questions are.

1- In this situation how we can remain our faith in this system?
2- When we are not getting justice in this country what is the option left with the people of this country?

3- How we can feel that in future we will get justice by this system.
4-And why we not raise question in this system.
